1) Chef De Partie
- Experience: 2+ years
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new menu items and specials.
2) Executive Chef or Business Development Chef/R&D Chef
- Experience: 5+ years
- Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary team in creating innovative and appealing menu offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality ingredients.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our culinary offerings and market presence.
- Conduct research and development to continuously improve menu offerings and culinary techniques.
3) Executive/Senior Executive – Horecca Sales (Chicken) & BD
- Experience: 3+ years in the food industry
- Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities within the Horecca segment, focusing on chicken products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for business growth.
4) Production Supervisor
- Experience: 1+ years (Male)
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Schedule and assign tasks to production staff, ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
5) SCM Manager
- Experience: 5+ years
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.
- Implement systems and processes for tracking and monitoring supply chain performance.
