Responsibilities:
- Syrup Operator:
- Operating syrup manufacturing equipment.
- Ensuring quality control measures during production.
- Monitoring and maintaining production schedules.
- Following safety protocols and procedures.
- Line Chemist:
- Conducting quality tests on raw materials and finished products.
- Analyzing samples using laboratory equipment.
- Recording and reporting test results accurately.
- Collaborating with production teams to maintain quality standards.
- Blowing Operator:
- Operating blowing machines for bottle production.
- Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed.
- Conducting regular quality checks on produced bottles.
- Following safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Shift Incharge:
- Supervising production operations during assigned shifts.
- Managing and coordinating staff activities.
- Ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Handling any issues or emergencies that may arise during the shift.
