Multiple Roles in Production, Quality & Operations
Open Positions & Key Responsibilities:
Production Executives (0–2 years)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily production activities
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Maintain proper documentation of production batches
QA/QC Executives (0–2 years)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production
- Maintain records of QC parameters
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Quality Incharge (5+ years)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA/QC team and manage quality control processes
- Implement food safety protocols and audits
- Oversee compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory standards
Production Incharge (5+ years)
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end production planning and execution
- Supervise production staff and operators
- Optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime
Housekeeping Supervisors
Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping teams across the facility
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Maintain cleaning schedules and checklists
Operators
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery as per SOPs
- Monitor machine performance and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment
Requirements:
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Comfortable handling Masale & Spices
- (Male candidates preferred)
