Qualification:
- B.Tech (Dairy Tech./Food Tech.)
- M.Sc. (Dairy Sc.)
- IDD (Dairy Diploma)
Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of Bulk Milk Cooler (BMC) units
- Ensure quality control and hygiene standards are maintained
- Manage the collection, storage, and transportation of milk
- Coordinate with local farmers and suppliers
- Monitor and report on inventory and supplies
- Implement and follow safety protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with BMC equipment
Location:
- Sagar & Chhatarpur, MP
