Position: Field-Facilitator

Qualifications:
- Graduate with 0-3 years of working experience
- Valid driving license and a bike for fieldwork
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in the morning and evening
Responsibilities:
- Conducting field visits to various milk producer groups and cooperatives
- Providing training and support to farmers on best practices for milk production
- Coordinating with the company’s technical and support teams to address any issues faced by producers
- Collecting and maintaining data on milk production and quality
- Facilitating the implementation of new programs and initiatives aimed at improving milk production and quality
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures during field operations
