Minimum Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology
Experience Required:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Sr. Executive / Executive – New Product Development:
- Lead the development of new food products from concept to launch.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance.
- Develop and optimize recipes, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
- Manage pilot trials and production scale-ups.
Sr. Executive / Executive – Quality:
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards throughout the production process.
- Develop and implement quality control protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards.
- Analyze and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure continuous improvement.
