Milk Procurement Manager-Vamaa Dairy
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the procurement of high-quality milk from members only.
- Conduct drives for enrolling new members.
- Perform surveys on the allotted routes.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- In-depth knowledge of dairy product specifications, market dynamics, and supply chain processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dairy, Agricultural, or Animal Husbandry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the milk procurement sector.
