What you need: M.Sc. in Microbiology
10+ years’ experience in Food Safety, QA, or Production

This leadership role is ideal for professionals with deep microbiological expertise and a passion for food safety culture, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will lead the microbiology team, ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and Good Laboratory Practices, support operational and sanitation teams, and serve as the primary technical resource for internal stakeholders and external customers.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Leading microbiology lab operations and accreditation efforts
  • Collaborating with corporate and plant teams to manage food safety systems
  • Supporting audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement projects across the India region
  • Developing and mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with global quality standards

Requirements:

  • M.Sc. in Microbiology
  • 10+ years of experience in QA, food safety, or production
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in microbiological analysis of food products, HACCP, and risk assessments
