About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled Microbiologist to join our team at Sresta Natural Bioproducts Pvt. Ltd (Mantra). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring microbiological quality in food production and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished food products.
- Perform analytical tests such as Moisture, Salt, Acidity, TPM, FFA, and PV analysis.
- Maintain laboratory records and prepare technical reports accurately.
- Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Production teams to ensure compliance with microbiological standards.
- Ensure all testing meets local and international food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, ISO, HACCP, FSMA).

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Microbiology.
- 2–3 years of experience in a food microbiology lab or food manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO 17025).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
