Responsibilities:

Conduct microbiological experiments and studies to investigate the behavior, characteristics, and interactions of microorganisms.
Perform microbial isolation, culture, and identification using standard laboratory techniques.
Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations.
Develop and optimize microbiological assays and protocols.
Participate in the design and implementation of research projects aimed at advancing knowledge in microbiology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, quality control, and regulatory compliance efforts.

Maintain accurate records of experiments, procedures, and results in accordance with laboratory protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in microbiology through literature review and participation in relevant conferences and seminars.
Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and publications documenting research findings and outcomes.
Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
