Job Description:
Shineroad Foods India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Microbiologist to join our team at the Kundli location. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in microbiology to help maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct microbiological testing of food products, raw materials, and environmental samples.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure food safety standards.
Monitor production processes for hygiene and sanitation compliance.
Analyze data and prepare reports on microbiological findings.
Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and resolve food safety issues.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies on food safety.
Requirements:
Relevant degree in Microbiology or related field.
Experience in food industry microbiology is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality control practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
