Microbiologist – Quality Assurance (QA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with food safety and microbiological standards
- Monitor plant hygiene and sanitation practices
- Perform environmental monitoring and water testing
- Maintain documentation and laboratory records as per QA standards
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities
- Investigate microbiological deviations and implement corrective actions
