Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Monitor and ensure product quality standards are met throughout the production process.
• Identify and troubleshoot microbiological issues, offering solutions to prevent contamination.
• Maintain accurate records of testing procedures and results.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve production processes and product quality.
