Experience Required: 0-3 years
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct microbiological testing and develop sanitation pro tocols to reduce contamination.
Monitor environmental conditions and prepare microbial analysis reports with corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.
Train staff on microbiological risks and hygiene practices.
Certifications:
HACCP Certification
ISO 22000 Lead Auditor Certification
Core Competencies:
Microbial Testing & Analysis
Food Safety & Hygiene
Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
Technical Skills:
PCR & ELISA Testing
Pathogen Identification
Education:
Bachelor’s in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field
