We are urgently looking to hire a Microbiologist with knowledge of dairy products.
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Location: AS Agro Foods, Dholpur, Rajasthan
Responsibilities:
Perform microbiological testing on dairy products to ensure safety and quality.
Monitor and assess microbial contamination during production and storage.
Conduct routine checks and validations on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Collaborate with the quality control and production teams to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain accurate records of microbiological results and reports.
Implement corrective actions in case of deviations from quality standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of new testing methods.
Note: Immediate joining required on an urgent basis.
