• Qualification: B.Tech (DT) Mec/Ele.
• Experience: Total 10+ years of relevant experience in Operations Management or a similar role.
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient processes.
  • Implement and optimize operational strategies.
  • Manage budgets and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

1. Manager Engineering

• Qualification: M.Com
• Experience: Total 10+ years of relevant experience in managing contract administration.
• Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage engineering projects.
  • Develop and maintain engineering procedures and policies.
  • Supervise and mentor engineering staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure project success.

1. General Manager Commercial

• Qualification: M.Com/C.A
• Experience: Total 10 years of experience in an Account role.
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee commercial operations and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies.
  • Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

1. Account Head

• Qualification: B.Com, M.Com
• Experience: Total 10+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing roles.
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the accounting department.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets.
  
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

1. Purchase Head

• Qualification: Diploma in Materials Management
• Experience: Total experience 3-5 years.
• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues.

1. Logistic

• Qualification: 10+2/Graduate
• Experience: Experience in Logistic Management.
• Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage logistics operations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain and update logistics records.
  • Optimize logistics processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
