MCC In-charge / MCC Chemist|Lotus Dairy
Key Responsibilities
MCC In-charge:
- Overall supervision and smooth operation of the Milk Collection Centre (MCC)
- Ensure proper milk collection, storage, and dispatch as per company standards
- Monitor quality, quantity, and hygiene at the MCC
- Manage MCC staff and maintain discipline and shift schedules
- Maintain daily records, reports, and coordination with plant/transport team
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
MCC Chemist:
- Conduct milk quality testing (FAT, SNF, Adulteration, etc.)
- Ensure accurate sampling and testing as per SOPs
- Maintain testing records and laboratory cleanliness
- Follow hygiene and safety standards during testing
- Support MCC In-charge in quality control activities
MCC In-charge / MCC Chemist|Lotus Dairy
Qualification
- B.Sc (Mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
