JOB OPPORTUNITY: MCC In-Charge – Punjab & Rajasthan
Baani Milk Producer Company Ltd. is hiring!
We are looking for a highly experienced MCC In-Charge to oversee operations at our Milk Chilling Centers in Punjab & Rajasthan. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of milk quality testing, center hygiene, and producer company practices.
Position: MCC In-Charge
Location: Punjab & Rajasthan
Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Chemistry
- Diploma in Food Technology or Dairy Technology
Experience:
- Minimum 8 to 9 years in the milk/dairy industry
- Prior experience at a Milk Chilling Center is highly preferred
- Must have experience working in a Producer Company
Key Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Calibration of Sodium Analyzer & MB Scan
- Preparation of chemical reagents for milk testing
- Conducting Milk Adulteration Tests
- Operation & verification of milk analyzers (including Gerber Method)
- Checking & maintaining chemical stock
- Monitoring IBT (Instant Bulk Tank) temperature
- Ensuring thorough cleaning of cans and MCC premises
- Milk stock management (inward & dispatch)
- Monitoring milk loss and gain accurately
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations at the Milk Chilling Center (MCC)
- Ensure adherence to quality and hygiene standards
- Supervise milk collection, chilling, and dispatch activities
- Train and guide local MCC staff on SOPs and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records and reports of milk stock and chemical usage
- Communicate regularly with the Head Office regarding supply chain and quality updates
- Ensure regular maintenance and calibration of testing equipment
- Coordinate with village-level milk producers to ensure milk quality compliance
