Role Description:
Mapro Foods Pvt Ltd is looking for dynamic and skilled Food Technologists and Dairy Technologists to join our Production department. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate production staff to deliver exceptional work.
- Attend team meetings to discuss production status and resolve ongoing challenges.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely delivery of products.
- Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staff.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
- Work closely with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedules.
- Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
- Suggest changes in workflow, operations, and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
- Provide job training to workers to meet production goals.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and develop resolutions.
- Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
