Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager – International Sales to lead and expand our global footprint.
You will be the face of Wholsum Foods in international markets, responsible for driving overseas revenue growth, expanding distribution networks, and strengthening global partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international markets (US, GCC, SEA, UK & EU)
- Build and manage distributor/dealer networks
- Drive end-to-end international sales strategy and pipeline management
- Monthly sales planning, forecasting, and execution
- Lead participation in trade fairs, promotions, and global events
- Monitor market trends, competitor benchmarking & new product opportunities
- Increase brand visibility across global markets
- Manage receivables and distributor relationships
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation
- Cross-functional coordination with production, logistics, and finance teams
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–8 years of experience in International Sales/Exports (FMCG/Food industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations & export documentation
- Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with strategic thinking ability
