Qualification: Master’s Degree in Food Science, Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a closely related field
Experience: 8-10 years
Job Description
We are seeking a talented Manager/Senior Manager to join our R&D team. In this role, you will:
Manage projects as per the SOP Manual for R&D.
Act as the R&D representative on project teams and ensure project follow-up using R&D management tools.
Develop product formulations and processes, while considering regulatory and quality requirements.
Design and conduct pilot trials, organize tasting sessions with Marketing, and propose actionable recommendations.
Participate in consumer test design, manage sample production, and ensure quality standards are met.
Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to scale up production and industrialize new products.
Collaborate with suppliers to achieve optimal product development results.
Support product launches by preparing specifications and ensuring all required documentation is in place before start-up.
Implement productivity projects for the product line.
Provide training and development for Research Technologists.
