Bisk Farm (SAJ Food Products Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for an experienced Manager – Research & Development (Product Innovation & NPD) to lead product innovation, formulation, scale-up, and commercialization of exciting new biscuit products.
Key Requirements: B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc. in Food Technology or Food Science
8–10 years of R&D/Product Development experience in the biscuit or bakery industry
Strong expertise in biscuit formulations, ingredient functionality, and processing
Experience with product scale-up, PLM tools, and specification management
Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, food safety, nutrition labelling, and functional/clean-label product development is an advantage
Tech-savvy with a willingness to adopt AI tools
Location: Greater Kolkata Area
