Pernod Ricard India is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Quality function at our Dera Bassi plant. This pivotal role ensures adherence to stringent quality standards and food safety protocols, driving excellence in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and moni tor quality management systems (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001).
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, LMR, and local excise regulations.
- Oversee quality testing, corrective actions, and vendor audits.
- Lead training initiatives on quality, food safety, and FoSTaC for plant teams.
- Spearhead new product rollouts and process validations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
- 4-10 years of relevant experience in the food & beverage industry.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and ERP platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
