Perfect Poultry Products is expanding its team! We’re looking for a Manager – Quality to lead the QA/QC function at our cutting-edge chicken processing facility in Amritsar.

Your Role:
As Plant Quality Manager, you will:
- Lead QA/QC operations and ensure FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO 22000 compliance.
- Oversee end-to-end quality control—from live bird receiving to dispatch.
- Manage audits, hygiene programs, microbiological testing, CAPA, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
- Train staff on food safety and maintain traceability across all records.

Ideal Candidate:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Tech, Microbiology, Veterinary or Poultry Science.
- 7–12 years of QA/food safety experience in meat/poultry/seafood industries.
- Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, team leadership, and audits.
