About the Role: As the Manager – Quality Operations, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring product and process excellence by driving compliance with FSSAI, ISO 9001, FSSC22000, and excise standards. From spearheading quality audits and statistical data analysis to leading vendor development and new product trials, this is a leadership role demanding precision, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of Quality & Food Safety Systems (ISO/FSSC)
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal SOPs
- Drive continuous improvement, deviation management & corrective actions
- Analyze quality trends and oversee market complaint investigations
- Facilitate in-process controls, vendor audits, and training programs
- Manage change for new product rollouts and line validations
KPI Focus Areas:
- Right First Time (RFT), AQL, UCR
- Complaint reduction & audit scores
- Vendor audits, CAPA closures, hygiene & safety performance
Who You Are:
- B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Chemical Engineering
- 4–10 years of experience in Quality within the food & beverage industry
- Strong grip on FSSAI, ISO 9001, FSSC22000 standards, and statistical tools
- Proactive communicator, ERP-savvy, and a team-builder with a growth mindset
