Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily QC lab operations (chemical, physical & sensory testing).
- Ensure calibration & maintenance of instruments: GC-MS, HPLC, refractometers, viscometers.
- Approve raw materials & finished products.
- Develop QC protocols, SOPs, and flavor specifications.
- Implement in-process quality checks & batch release processes.
- Ensure compliance with FEMA GRAS, FSSAI, IFRA, and food safety standards.
- Maintain test records, COAs, NCRs & support audits.
What Makes You a Fit
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields.
- 10–12 years QC experience in Flavor/Food/Food Ingredients manufacturing.
- 2–5 years team supervisory experience.
- Hands-on analytical & sensory evaluation expertise.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000.
- Excellent documentation, communication & leadership skills.
