Current Opening: Manager – Quality Control

We are looking for a Manager – Quality Control with 7 to 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 3-4 years in a managerial role.

Functional Area: Dairy, Beverage
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology, or Dairy Technology
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure that products meet the required quality standards.

Supervise and lead a team of quality control professionals to perform routine testing and inspections.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Develop and implement quality control strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze quality data and prepare reports for senior management.

Troubleshoot quality issues and work closely with the production team to resolve any concerns.

Conduct audits and maintain documentation for internal and external reviews.

Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
