Kings Foodtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and committed Manager – QA & QC to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions at our Paithan facility. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for professionals passionate about food quality and safety in the dairy and ice cream sector.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading QA/QC implementation and compliance across the plant
- Managing microbiological & chemical testing and verification
- Maintaining plant hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ensuring adherence to FSSAI, Food Safety, QMS, and legal guidelines
- SOP development and enforcement
- Coordinating statutory testing with external labs
- Overseeing product release for raw, semi-finished, and finished goods
- Handling customer complaints with CAPA implementation
- Supporting audits and documentation processes
- Conducting packaging material checks, pest control coordination, and legal documentation
- Monitoring Food Safety, GDP, GMP, GLP practices
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Dairy or Food Technology
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in the Ice Cream or Dairy industry
