Now, we’re looking for a Manager – Quality Control to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of flavor at our facility in Shri Mohangarh, Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise QC lab operations: chemical, physical & sensory testing
Approve raw materials & finished goods
Maintain & calibrate lab instruments (GC-MS, HPLC, refractometers, etc.)
Implement in-process checks & ensure traceability
Ensure compliance with FEMA GRAS, FSSAI, IFRA, and other regulations
Support internal and external audits with full documentation
What We’re Looking For:
10–12 years of experience in QC within the flavor, food ingredients, or food manufacturing industry
2–5 years in a supervisory/leadership role
Strong command of GMP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000
Proficient in analytical instruments & sensory evaluation
SAP knowledge & Lead Auditor certifications (FSSC 22000/ISO 22000) are a plus
