About Kanha Group
Kanha Group operates an integrated food manufacturing facility at Prahladpura, Jaipur, producing a diverse range of products under one roof, including Maida, Atta, Suji, Besan, Dalia, Poha, and Bakery Products.
Key Responsibilities
- Raw Material Quality Assurance: Inspect and approve incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
- Process Quality Assurance: Monitor and control quality parameters throughout manufacturing processes.
- Finished Product Quality: Ensure products meet defined quality specifications and food safety standards.
- QMS & Audit Management: Handle Quality Management Systems (QMS), customer audits, certification audits, and other relevant audits.
- Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure implementation of GMP, GHP, HACCP-based controls, and applicable FSSAI requirements.
- Documentation & CAPA:Maintain quality records, SOPs, audit reports, and corrective and preventive action plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze customer complaints, minimize quality deviations and rejections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement.
Candidate Profile
- B.Tech. / B.E. in Food Technology or a relevant discipline from a reputed institution.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in the food manufacturing industry (mandatory).
- Sound knowledge of food quality assurance, QMS, food safety standards, audit management, and quality documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
