Swasth Aahar Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manager – QA/QC to lead Quality Assurance & Quality Control at our noodle manufacturing plant in Rohtak.

Key Requirements
Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology or related field
Certifications: FSSC 22000 / HACCP / ISO / FSSAI / Lead Auditor (preferred)
Experience: 10–12 years in Noodle / Pasta manufacturing or similar FMCG background
Joining: Immediate or within 30 days preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA/QC teams and ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP & GMP
- Act as Lead Auditor for internal, supplier, and third-party audits
- Implement SOPs, quality systems, and food safety programs
- Conduct inspections, audits, CAPA, and training programs
- Drive continuous quality improvement across the plant
