Position: Manager – QA, QC & Product Development
Location: Kunigal | Industry: Food Processing
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
We are looking for an experienced Manager – QA, QC & Product Development to lead our Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Product Development functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage plant quality systems and food safety standards
- Ensure compliance with local and international food regulations (EU, CODEX)
- Lead QA/QC teams and work closely with Production for continuous quality improvement
- Handle HACCP, QMS, audits, and certifications (BRC / IFS / HACCP)
- Manage vendor coordination, CAPA, and NABL testing
- Develop and match new products as per customer requirements
- Prepare product specifications, MSDS, packaging details, and support sample dispatch
- Conduct sensory evaluations and support recipe and packaging improvements
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems
- Proven experience in product development
- Good leadership, documentation, and communication skills
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office; Kannada language preferred
