Position: Manager – QA/QC

Swasth Aahar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager – QA/QC to lead quality operations at their noodle manufacturing plant. If you have a strong background in food safety, compliance, and quality systems, this is your opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role.
Key Requirements:
Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology or related field
Certifications: FSSC 22000 / HACCP / ISO / FSSAI / Lead Auditor (preferred)
Experience: 10–12 years in Noodle/Pasta Manufacturing or similar industry
Joining: Immediate or within 30 days preferred
Core Responsibilities:
• Lead QA/QC teams and ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards
• Act as Lead Auditor for internal, supplier, and third-party audits
• Implement SOPs, quality systems, and food safety programs
• Conduct inspections, audits, CAPA, and training sessions
• Drive continuous quality improvement across the plant
