Porla Agro Parle Agro Pvt Ltd is seeking a Manager – QA (Dairy) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with plant teams to manage the Dairy Plant UHT and processing plants, ensuring product quality meets PAPL standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the ‘Quality and Food Safety’ culture across the entire value chain.
Set and achieve Quality goals and targets year on year.
Identify, plan, and manage practices and resources to meet quality objectives.
Implement PAPL quality standards for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products across company-owned and franchisee plants.
Manage Raw Milk Reception, including analysis and selection criteria for different processes.
In-depth knowledge of Fermented Products, Raw Milk, Flavored Milk, and Testing procedures.
Oversee UHT, Homogenizer, Aseptic Tank, and Aseptic Packaging system operations (Tetra Pak and Pet Bottle).
Lead and monitor teams to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Continuously monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure plant operations run smoothly without deviations, analyzing and compiling deviation reports when necessary.
Efficiently manage material conversion into quality products.
Provide functional training to teams and ensure proper plant hygiene.
Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Dairy product processes, including UHT, Flavored Milk, and Fermented Products.
Extensive experience in quality management, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Leadership skills to manage teams and drive performance improvements.
