Licious, India’s most loved D2C fresh meat & seafood brand, is looking for a Manager – QA Audit to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

What you’ll do:
• Lead and execute front-end audits across Retail Stores & Delivery Centres
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, SSOPs, and cold chain compliance
• Manage CAPA closures, QA dashboards, and audit reports
• Handle quality-related customer complaints with root-cause analysis
• Drive QA automation and digital audit initiatives
• Lead and mentor a team of ~10 front-end auditors
• Train store & delivery teams on food safety and audit readiness
• Report quality trends and improvements to senior leadership

What we’re looking for:
• Degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Food Science or related field
• 8–12 years
• Strong knowledge of FSMS, HACCP, FSSAI regulations
• Proven experience in pan-India operations and cross-functional coordination
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
