We’re looking for a Manager – Production, preferably with a background in beverage production or fermentation (like Kombucha), to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end production of Kombucha & value-added products
- Ensure quality control & FSSAI compliance
- Oversee supply cha in & inventory management
- Lead and train production staff
- Maintain facility & equipment efficiency
Who You Are:
- Experienced in food/beverage production and fermentation
- Detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor’s in Food Science, Food Tech, or related field
- Passionate about local food systems and innovation
