About the Role
The Coca-Cola Company is setting up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and looking for a seasoned manufacturing professional to lead the vertical startup of the plant. This is a great opportunity to oversee the operation of automated lines, ensure product quality, and coach and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, product quality, and operational cost control.
- Implement safety protocols to achieve the target of zero incidents.
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures for a first-time-right mindset.
- Coach and train associates to develop their problem-solving skills and drive high performance.
- Promote multi-skilling and career development for associates.
- Take ownership of manufacturing deliverables, including high equipment availability.
- Champion the “My Equipment, My Responsibility” mindset.
- Ensure adherence to schedules, materials, product quality requirements, and KPIs.
- Maintain operational excellence, including 5S and good manufacturing practices.
- Manage production planning and capacity to ensure optimal productivity.
- Handle root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for customer complaints.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering).
- Over 8 years of experience in production and maintenance, with at least 3 years of management experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong proficiency in SAP PP and PE modules.
- Expertise in automation, mechanical troubleshooting, and food safety requirements.
Compensation
- Annual incentive reference value: 15% of base salary (market competitive).
