Location: Kala Amb, Sirmour (HP)
Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience:
5-10 years in the Food/Nutraceutical/Health Supplement Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Develop production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
Analyze data from MIS to determine optimal production schedules and ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources.
Prepare capacity-based production plans aligned with deliveries, sales, and forecasts while identifying material/resource and capacity requirements and shortages.
Manage purchase orders, accept orders, and provide delivery commitments.
Conduct material and capacity resource planning.
Plan strategies to maintain optimum production levels and raise PR for short RM/PM with follow-up from the purchase team.
Coordinate with quality control and assurance teams for timely analysis and release of RM/PM/FG.
Track production status, map it against customer deliveries, and highlight any production delays or delivery risks.
Maintain accurate inventory levels, track slow-moving and non-moving items, and collaborate with the business development team for effective liquidation.
Work with ERP systems in Planning, Order Management, or Inventory modules.
