Position: Manager – New Product Development (NPD)
Location: Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh
Key Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in NPD, especially with dryblends (proteins/premixes)
Degree in Food Technology or a related field
Strong quantitative aptitude & Microsoft Excel skills
Experience in formulation trials, data analysis & production scale-up
Responsibilities Include:
Lead end-to-end development of new dry blended products—from concept to market launch
Plan and execute lab trials, analyze results, and optimize formulations
Maintain detailed technical documentation and reports for all development stages
Scale successful lab formulations to pilot and commercial production
Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Production, Procurement, and Marketing teams
Ensure all products comply with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements
Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor products to identify new opportunities
Troubleshoot formulation and processing issues during production runs
Manage multiple development projects simultaneously with clear timelines and deliverables
