Position: Manager / Asst. Manager – New Product Development (R&D)

Are you passionate about food innovation and have a flair for developing exciting new products? We’re looking for an experienced R&D professional to lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) — from ideation and formulation to launch!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product innovation and develop new formulations.
- Conduct R&D trials, sensory evaluations & shelf-life studies.
- Work on reformulation and product improvements.
- Conduct market research & benchmarking for trends and consumer needs.
- Source new ingredients and technologies.
- Handle documentation, SOPs, BOMs, and ensure regulatory compliance (FSSAI).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, procurement & marketing.
- Lead plant trials, support scale-up, and manage multiple NPD projects efficiently.
