Majestic Basmati Rice – Packaging Manager
Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Packaging Manager to assume comprehensive responsibility for packaging operations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire packaging process from start to finish.
- Manage presales tasks, including packing, costing, and packaging development.
- Collaborate with buyers and vendors for post-sales design and media finalization.
- Test and evaluate inbound packaging, overseeing inventory management.
- Supervise primary and secondary packing, including shrink wrapping and palletization.
- Investigate and address buyer complaints related to packaging.
- Drive the development of new packaging media and methods.
- Ensure quality assurance in packaging.
- Take full responsibility for both domestic and export packaging.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong intellectual abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
Note: Male candidates are preferred.
Experience Required: 3-7 Years
