Majestic Basmati Rice – Packaging Manager

Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Packaging Manager to assume comprehensive responsibility for packaging operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire packaging process from start to finish.
Manage presales tasks, including packing, costing, and packaging development.

Collaborate with buyers and vendors for post-sales design and media finalization.
Test and evaluate inbound packaging, overseeing inventory management.
Supervise primary and secondary packing, including shrink wrapping and palletization.
Investigate and address buyer complaints related to packaging.
Drive the development of new packaging media and methods.

Ensure quality assurance in packaging.
Take full responsibility for both domestic and export packaging.

Preferred Skills:

Strong intellectual abilities.
Effective communication skills.

Note: Male candidates are preferred.

Experience Required: 3-7 Years
