Position: Quality Control Manager
Team Size: 25 Quality Personnel (Assistant Managers, Senior Executives, Executives)
Location: Hathras, U.P
As the Team Lead, you will oversee a dedicated group involved in Raw Material (RM), Process Material (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) testing, including SMP, WMP, Ghee, and a variety of value-added dry powders, including nutritional powders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
- Conduct hands-on analysis of nutritional powders, focusing on critical parameters such as:
- Fat – majonier
- Protein – kjeldahl
- Ash content
- Vitamin C by titration
- Minerals and other essential parameters
- Utilize advanced lab instruments, including UV Spectrophotometers, AAS, and FT3 of Foss, to conduct thorough quality assessments.
Required Experience: 8-14 years
