Position Details:

- Number of Positions: 2
- Experience Required: 2-6 years of relevant bakery production experience
- Preferred Skills: Experience in team handling is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods following recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all baked goods are completed on time for opening hours.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of products, ensuring they meet Spencer’s high standards.
- Oversee inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and s tocked.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise junior bakery staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Innovate and develop new recipes to keep the bakery menu fresh and exciting.
