Position 1: Manager – Quality Assurance

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Biology, or Microbiology

Experience: 10 – 14 years

Preferred Industry: Hotels

Position 2: Executive/Senior Executive – Quality Assurance

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biology, or Microbiology

Experience: 2 – 4 years

Preferred Industry: Hotels

Candidate Profile

For both positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Detailed knowledge and proven track record in implementing food manufacturing policies and procedures (GMP).

Certified and trained in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).

Excellent understanding of HACCP principles with the ability to create HACCP plans.

Experience in conducting food safety audits for:

CDRs, QSRs, and Airports

Commissaries, Cloud Kitchens, and Warehouses
