Job Listing: Assistant Manager – Supply Chain

Position: Assistant Manager – Supply Chain

Work Location:

Lite Bite Foods Pvt Ltd., Head Office, Gurgaon

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s

Experience Required: 7-12 years of relevant experience

Industry: Hotel and Restaurants

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Build and develop relationships with key manufacturers, suppliers, and customers in the hospitality sector.
  2. Continuously sample and track records to save costs.
  3. Develop new vendors, negotiate terms and conditions of supply, procure materials, and manage them until closure.
  4. Source new items from various locations and relevant markets.
  5. Conduct compliance checks of ARC/CRC at the PAN India level.
  6. Coordinate with the warehouse team, outlet manager, and chef for day-to-day issues.
  7. Follow up with finance for pending payments and missing invoices. Coordinate with finance for reconciliation of all bills and challans for all locations.
  8. Coordinate with internal and external customers for timely execution, supply, and quality feedback.
  9. Provide SAP training to all SCM members.
  10. Update the complete vendor database.

Daily/ Monthly Reports:

  1. Compile and making Variance reports on monthlybasis for PAN India level.
  2. Compile market survey reports
  3. Monthly Savings report.
  4. Vendor Development reports (MIS).
  5. Pending material against purchase plan.
  6. Total PR V/s material received in the month.
