We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead end-to-end Quality Assurance operations across our fresh fruits & vegetables supply chain and Distribution Center operations.
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Role: Lead – Quality
Key Responsibilities: Manage quality assurance across procurement, grading, storage, packaging, and dispatch
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, SOPs, hygiene protocols, and FSSAI guidelines
Conduct quality inspections, freshness checks, and shelf-life monitoring
Drive quality consistency and reduce complaints, wastage, and operational gaps
Lead audits, RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
Train and supervise quality teams across operations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, or related field
5+ years of experience in QA/QC within fresh produce, FMCG, food processing, or supply chain operations
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSSAI, perishables handling, and warehouse quality operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
