Position: Lead Food Technologist
Experience: 7–14 Years
Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete NPD lifecycle – from concept to commercialization
Develop innovative milk-based coffee & tea beverages aligned with market trends
Drive formulation, pilot trials, scale-up, flavor profiling & shelf-life enhancement
Manage QC, lab operations, supplier quality & agro procurement
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP & ISO 22000 standards
Optimize pasteurization, homogenization, blending & extraction processes
Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 members across QC & NPD
Qualification
B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Food Science
