Nutrich Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Ladies Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Kolhapur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, quality control, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.
- Monitor and evaluate all stages of manufacturing (grading, peeling, packing, and cutting) for efficiency.
- Handle manpower planning and organize employee training to enhance productivity.
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Inspect inbound materials and oversee smooth manufacturing operations.
- Prioritize tasks to meet production goals and ensure timely dispatch of finished products.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
