Job Description:
- Position: Lab Assistant/Lab Officer
- Location: Bari Brahmana, Jammu & Kashmir
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation in Food Technology
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine laboratory tests, analyses, and experiments to support product development and quality assurance processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of samples and materials for testing and analysis.
- Maintaining accurate records of test results, procedures, and observations.
- Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborating with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize laboratory workflows.
- Adhering to quality control standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures.
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in food technology and laboratory practices.
